My guest on today's episode was Alison sea. And Allison is a returning guest on the first episode, number 41, she told her journey as, uh, pro side to become the president of Prosci in her career journey. And in this episode, we really talk more about her area of specialty at pro side, which was change management and that organization's specialty, and she shares some abundantly of tips and kind of best practices in that field. We also talk a lot about the warehouse business accelerator and her role as executive director of that organization, what they're doing now, what they're aspiring to do and how people can help. And then we talk a little bit about the journey of becoming a local facilitator. So Allison has recently become a local facilitator for the next level catalyst chapter, and she shares a lot more about peer advisory and why she's so passionate about that, uh, practice as well.
